Either on a 121 basis or with a group of friends, we recommend a maximum of seven people in order to get the maximum amount of time required per person.

We can come to you if you have a suitable venue, or you can come to us.

The half day would start at 09.30am or 1.30pm and is dependant on the time of year and the amount of light we have! After 30 minutes of introductions and a coffee, we would do 1.5 hours going through the exercises, have a break then 1 hour practising what you learn in the first half of the session.
